 | Guided Tours | | | Guided Tours are arranged from April to October by appointment in advance, and can be tailored to suit the various requirements of your particular group.A tour consists of a conducted walk around the vineyard with information presented by an expert guide - normally the owner or manager of the vineyard. Details of English wine in general and of Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard in particular are presented in a lively, informative style. |
| | | A full tour also takes the visitor on the Woodland Walk, filled with bluebells in May , and home to many species of birds. The walk across the rough hewen tree trunk at Judge's Bridge is another highlight of the wooded walk. Then on to a visit to the Winery, where participants can learn first-hand about the art of wine making in the traditional, organic way as well as see the plant and equipment required for apple juice and cider production. |
|
| | | To conclude the tour, the group will be given a tutored tasting of Sedlescombe organic winesThe complete tour and tasting takes approx. one hour and there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions as well as purchase wines in 3-packs, 6-packs, and cases, all at discount prices.
