WINEMAKERS COMMENT
15 hours 'skin contact' prior to pressing to enhance bouquet and improve extraction rate. Bacchus and Reichensteiner from Bodiam Vineyard. Rivaner from Sedlescombe vineyard no. 2. Following filtration, and prior to bottling 13g/litre sugar in form of grape juice added to achieve medium-dry category.

TASTING NOTES
Mature fruit, luscious and ripe. Well balanced.
