WINEMAKERS COMMENT
15 hours 'skin contact' prior to pressing to enhance bouquet and improve extraction rate. Grapes are from Bodiam Vineyard. Following filtration, and prior to bottling sugar in form of 6.3% by volume grape juice added to achieve 14g/l medium-dry category.

TASTING NOTES
Mature fruit, earthy undertone, luscious and ripe. Well balanced.
