Not only the West Country has a long cider tradition - Kent and Sussex cider has also been produced on apple farms for generations. Here, the tradition is to use standard culinary and dessert apple varieties, rather than the more 'tannic' cider varieties. This makes our ciders more approachable to those who may not be real hardcore cider drinkers. This is Farmhouse scrumpy style, down-to-earth, genuine, still (no fizz!) cider.
