1x Regent
Matured in barrique oak. Juicy, fruit driven, ripe red colour with damson, plum and morello cherry on the nose. Medium bodied flavour of black cherries and raspberries, soft supple tannins, enhanced with oak complexity.(2010 vintage avaialble August 2011 will be Biodynamic)

1x First Release
Bronze Medal - UK Vineyard's Association 'Wine of the Year' competition 2011! First Biodynamic English wine! English Quality Wine. Crafted from hand-picked Bacchus, Solaris and Rivaner grapes. Concentrated fresh aroma, with tropical, zesty flavours of gooseberry, grapefruit and lemon grass. Drink now, within 5 years - or auction in 50 years!

1x Bodiam Harvest
English Varietal Wine. A lush seductive white with a full-on fruity palate married with complex flavours and smooth texture. Produced from Reichensteiner and Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard at Bodiam Castle. Medium dry.

1x Rose
English Quality Wine. Made from biodynamically grown grapes. Our summer Rosé. Made from Regent grapes. Gorgeous colour, Fragrant, fruity & well balanced.

1x Apple Wine
Bronze Medal - Great Taste Awards. Medium dry. Made from fresh locally grown apples to create this exquisite fruity full-of-character yet low in alcohol Country wine. 'Apfelwein' is a speciality in and around the Frankfurt area of Germany where some bars and restaurants serve exclusively Apple wine. Drinks well with many foods, especially lighter lunchtime meals.Sauerkraut and sausages anyone?

1x Elderberry Wine
The elderberry has a long history of use for food, drink and medicinal purposes, pies, jam and jelly, tarts, flavored drinks, and of course wine. Elderberry wine has a unique flavor that changes considerably over time. Sedlescombe Elderberry has been oaked and lightly spiced to create a rich, full bodied red, which is, dare we say it, reminiscent of Shiraz! Medium sweet. In winter delicious hot, as a mulled wine.
