Could it be that our wine-maker has made an equally stunning wine for Sedlescombe? Top quality Pinot Noir and Dornfelder organic grape bunches, hand sorted by the pickers at harvest. Crushed and allowed to stand for a few hours to extract colour from the skins before pressing. Following filtration, and prior to bottling 4g/litre sugar in form of grape juice added for balance. TASTING NOTES Fine floral and grenadine aroma. Vibrant and fruity - reminiscent of cherry, strawberry and raspberry.
