WINEMAKERS COMMENT
Whole bunch pressed, slightly under-ripe and/or botrytised Regent grape bunches, hand sorted by the pickers at harvest from the higher quality bunches used for our Red wine. Chapitalized slightly more than the 2.5% alc by vol. permitted under the Biodynamic regulations hence label does not carry the Demeter logo but instead reads 'made from biodynamically grown grapes'. Following filtration, and prior to bottling 6g/litre sugar in form of grape juice added for balance. TASTING NOTES
Spot-on and gorgeous mid-range pink colour. Bouquet of summer fruits & hedgerows. A young wine nicely balanced with hints of honey and fresh grapes and a clean crisp finish.
