English Sparkling Wine. Traditional Method. Our White Fizz is produced from classic 'whole bunch pressed' Seyval Blanc grapes from our Bodiam Castle vineyard blended with the variety 'Johanniter' ( a new variety bred from Riesling). Heady bouquet of apples and limes with a rich palate of tropical fruit.

Quality English Sparkling Wine. Traditional Method. "Lovely bright and intense rosehip colour with a steady fine stream of bubbles. On the nose 18 months of lees ageing is evident with aromas of toast and yeast, which are balanced by subtle fruit aromas of quince and blackcurrant leaf. The fruity nose continues onto the palate, where the initial explosion of mousse is followed up by the sweetness of stone fruits balanced with the good acidity of crab apples.
