The first biodynamic wine in the UK2011 First Release (Biodynamic)
Bronze Medal - UK Vineyard's Association 'Wine of the Year' competition 2012. Second vintage of the first Biodynamic English wine! English Quality Wine. This blend of Bacchus, Riechensteiner and Johanniter, offers out fresh underripe pear and banana skin. A light buttery note too, with lemongrass. A clean palate, some lemon, grapefruit and little bit of granite coming through the sweeter apple flavours. Moderate alcohol, with a long finish peppered with sweet and minerally notes.

Produced from unchapitalized, late-picked Sedlescombe Solaris grapes from the exceptional 2011 vintage. At over 13% natural alcohol probably the sweetest grapes ever harvested in England. Ripe peach aroma, smooth mellowed flavour with fine fruit and robust finish.

Our first vintage of this classic 'New World' blend produced because of the high natural sugar levels found in the grapes from 2011 - the best vintage year we have seen in 30+ years of growing grapes in England.
