Quality English Sparkling Wine. Traditional Method. A vibrant deep pink Bubbly fizzing with fine pearls of bubbles and complimented with a palate of fresh creamy grapes and strawberry fruit flavours from Pinot Noir (& Kerner) grapes. Any excuse will do!

1x First Release
Bronze Medal - UK Vineyard's Association 'Wine of the Year' competition 2011! First Biodynamic English wine! English Quality Wine. Crafted from hand-picked Bacchus, Solaris and Rivaner grapes. Concentrated fresh aroma, with tropical, zesty flavours of gooseberry, grapefruit and lemon grass. Drink now, within 5 years - or auction in 50 years!

1x Old Vine
English Varietal Wine. Made exclusively from our 30+ year old Reichensteiner vines planted in 1979. A dry white in the Muscadet 'Sur Lie' style.

1x Regent
Matured in barrique oak. Juicy, fruit driven, ripe red colour with damson, plum and morello cherry on the nose. Medium bodied flavour of black cherries and raspberries, soft supple tannins, enhanced with oak complexity.(2010 vintage avaialble August 2011 will be Biodynamic)

1x Black Cherry Wine
The long awaited return of our famous old favourite. Made from fresh Kentish cherries from the organic Cherry orchards near Faversham. Dark bull's blood red, full bodied dessert style with mature cherry and almond aroma.

1x Raspberry Liqueur
Exquisite and uplifting with subtle fruity flavours. Dessert style nectar reminiscent of ancient elixirs and pick-me-ups. Produced from organic Raspberry juice.Try it on its own or with exotic desserts!
