Sedlescombe 2010 Rosé Brut, English Sparkling Wine - Biodynamic

£35.00

Qty:

Lovely bright and intense rosehip colour with a steady fine stream of bubbles. On the nose 36 months of lees ageing is evident with aromas of toast and yeast, which are balanced by subtle fruit aromas of quince and blackcurrant leaf. The fruity nose continues onto the palate, where the initial explosion of mousse is followed up by the sweetness stone fruits and balanced with the good acidity of crab apples. The finish is long, and well structured. 12.5% vol. 75cl bottle.

Hi Roy/Irma,
Just to let you know we have tried a white , red and rose wine over the weekend. The wine is the best we have ever tasted and we'll definitely be buying some more . Superfast delivery with excellent packaging and customer service.

Recent testimonial:
What we tasted last week was fantastic ! The sparklings had tipicity with such a beautiful flavour profile. The whites were nicely fresh and the low alcohol-level was definitely a great feature. The reds had complexity, elegance and texture Thank you for showing what they can be with a bit of age to it. These varietals, grown under your biodynamic culture result in wines being so healthy and food-friendly. They even had iodine notes coming through, the reds were showing some intense minerality.
