Samples Should you require samples please purchase these from our Retail Online Store. On receipt of your first Trade order the cost of any samples purchased (maximum 1 bottle per product type) will be refunded in full.
Delivery Overnight delivery to UK Mainland is included in the prices shown on this Trade B2B Online Store for orders of minimum £250 (ex VAT). For smaller orders the delivery charge is £8.50 per case.
VAT Sedlescombe English wines are not subject to normal VAT but are subject to 4% Flat Rate Farmer's (FRA) a form of VAT for farmers which can be re-claimed in the normal way. All other products (fruit juices, fruit wines, etc are subject to standard rate VAT.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the EU please check your local government guidelines on importation of alcoholic beverages.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
2. When shipping alcoholic beverages outside the United Kingdom special local conditions and alcohol taxes may apply . If in doubt, or if you require further information please contact us (sales@englishorganicwine.co.uk) and we may be able to help.
3. Prices quoted are for delivery addresses within UK and include 15% VAT (Sales Tax). For delivery to some other countries VAT may be deductable.
4. We ship in sturdy Post Office approved packaging. In the unlikely event that breakage occurs please refer to our Returns Policy.
5. Rentavine.co.uk Club membership packs are sent by post.
TODAY: Immediate confirmation by email. If your order was placed before 11am we despatch your order today and you should receive notification of despatch by email.
NEXT WORKING DAY: If ordered before 11am, we despatch your order by overnight carrier and notify you by email.
FOLLOWING DAY: Your order arrives at your chosen destination (UK mainland only)
Orders received before 11am Mon.- Thurs. will normally ship overnight (UK Mainland) for delivery the following day. Orders placed befroe 11am Friday should arrive Monday. Orders received outside of office hours will normally be shipped overnight on the next working day. At the most your order should be with you in 3 business days (UK Mainland) . Please notify us if it is not.
Orders for delivery to EU countries are generally received in under 10 days. Please notify us if it is not.
Customers requiring delivery outside the UK you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
2. If any of our products do not meet with your full satisfaction please return them for a full refund.
3. If any of our products are found, after opening, to be faulty in any way please return the product for a replacement or full refund and refund of postage costs. It is important that wherever possible faulty product is returned to us so that we can have it proffessionally analysed to determine the cause of the fault.
